1.CAN I RESERVE THE PRODUCTS FOR A LONGER PERIOD?

If the booking period does not exceed 30 days, the booking can be made directly from the site using the special calendar. If you want to rent for a period longer than 30 days or you want to benefit from a personalized offer, please send us an e-mail at office@m-ecogreen.com

2.HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I RENT AT THE SAME TIME?

There is no limit of products that can be rented in the same period, but each reservation is verified and according to certain criteria (customer history, product value, etc.) we can refuse your request or we can change the number of products.

3.DOES THE ORDERS GO THROUGH AN APPROVAL PROCESS?

Yes, all orders go through approval. In certain cases, M-EcoGreen reserves the right to request additional documents or the lodging of a guarantee which may reach up to 100% of the sale value of the rented furniture.

4.HOW IS THE RENTAL PERIOD CALCULATED?

The rental period is calculated in one-day intervals from the beginning of the day in which the products were picked up 09:00 with return the next day until 20:00 on Monday Friday or 18:00 on Saturday.

Ex: In case of a 2-day rental in which the products are picked up on Monday, the return of the products must be made until 20:00 on Wednesday.

5.HOW IS THE RENTAL PERIOD CALCULATED FOR WEEKEND ORDERS?

The calculated period is 2 days if the furniture is picked up on Saturday starting with 09:00 and returned on Monday, until 12:00. Exceeding 12:00 attracts the payment of an additional day. Any delay must be notified in advance by email to: office@m-ecogreen.com.

For orders that pick up on Friday after 17:00 and return on Monday until 12:00, an additional half-day rental fee will be charged.

6.CAN I RETURN AN ORDER EARLIER?

Orders may be returned earlier than originally set, if there is a good reason. Usually, according to the contract, it cannot be returned earlier, but if there is a reason independent of the client's will, the amount corresponding to the unused days will be returned to you.

7.CAN I EXTEND THE RENTAL PERIOD?

The rental period can be extended as long as the product is available for the desired period (there is no other reservation already). The intention to extend the lease must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

If the rental period exceeds 3 days, you need to come to us to draw up a new contract.

8.WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RETURN THE ORDER ON TIME AND I DON'T EVEN ADVERTISE BEFORE?

The rental period can be extended as long as the product is available for the desired period (there is no other reservation already). The intention to extend the lease must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

If the rental period exceeds 3 days, you need to come to us to draw up a new contract. If this does not happen, the warranty stipulated in the contract will be terminated.

9.WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE EQUIPMENT?

Normal wear elements (minor scratches, salt paint) are accepted, which do not affect the optimal operation of the product. In case of major damage you will have to pay the repair costs based on the invoice received from the authorized service, or in full the value of the product mentioned in the contract.

In cases where the furniture cannot be repaired, you will pay the price of a product, the price being mentioned in each contract. Any case of damage must be reported to m-ecogreen.com as soon as it has occurred.

10.WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE / STOLE MY PRODUCT?

You will pay the price of a similar product (mentioned in the contract, respectively the termination of the warranty).

11.I'M NOT FROM BUCHAREST. CAN I RENT A PRODUCT?

Yes, provided you present yourself at our headquarters to go through all the stages of the rental process (eg signing a contract, picking up a product, returning a product, etc.), or by signing all documents and paying the established amount, the communication being electronic on e -mail.
